How can we personalize our bottles?
You can add a personal name, and choose a sticker color and font. We have different designs that you can check at our sticker guide.
How much is the fee to personalize?
There is a standard personalization fee of ₱40 per product. If you are personalizing more than 8 products of any kind, fee will instead be a one-time charge of ₱200. Email us at tina@esscentialsmanila.com or message us on Viber +639178428274 if the latter applies to you.
For all set packages, personalization fee is waived.
How big are your bottles?
Regular bottles are 20ml, 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml
Amber glass bottles 250ml, 500ml, and 1000ml
Clear glass bottles are all 500ml

What are the shipping details?
For our Metro Manila clients, shipping is done via Lalamove or Grab. For our provincial clients, through AP Cargo. Fees are covered by the customers and computed after confirmation of orders.
How soon can we get our orders?
Please allow 2-3 weeks lead time.
Our Order Process

Step 1: Shop
The easiest part of the process: shop! Explore our online store and pick your favorites. Once you've selected, proceed to check out. Payment isn't required.. yet!

Step 2: Communicate
After submitting your orders, kindly wait for an email from us. Our products are very personal to each client, so we want to triple check that all computations and details are accurate.

Step 3: Pay
Once we've finalized and confirmed all details, you may now proceed to payment. We will only start production once your payment has been received. Delivery fees not yet included!

Step 4: Wait
Sit back and relax as take care of your orders. Our team works really hard to give our clients the best quality! Please allow for 2-3 weeks lead time.

Step 5: Delivery
We will reach out to you once your orders are ready for you. We work with Grab and Lalamove for our Metro Manila clients, and AP Cargo for our provincial clients. We shall settle delivery fees by then.

Step 6: Enjoy!
The best and most satisfying part of the process: receiving your items. Nothing else is necessary other than to enjoy your gifts 💕
